Once we have collected an email address, we send periodic newsletter informing you of news and our special product offers. You are welcome to visit our Site without providing any of this information; however, we are unable to process an order or send a newsletter without the requested information. How Is Your Information Protected? All of By: AMT transactions are handled by Paypal. Paypal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction. These metals have been deemed “precious” because they’re relatively rare, they’re shiny, and they last. For ordering the diamond ring in any of these materials, please email us with the ring size (5-9) and width of desired ring (2mm, 4mm, or 9mm). We will give a quote for free. What forms of payment are accepted online? Are credit card transactions secure? Yes. All credit card information sent to By:AMT is done through Paypal so its completely encrypted. Once you begin your checkout process everything will go through Paypal's Secure Server. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time. Returns will be accepted within 30 days for exchange only. byAMT Inc will allow exchanges and refunds if the item is unworn, unscratched, intact and in its original intact packaging. All credited returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. ByAMT Can I cancel an order that I placed online? What if the item that I ordered is not in stock? When will my order be shipped and how soon will it arrive? Do you have a faster shipping service available? What are your shipping and handling charges? Can I have my online order sent to a different location other than my billing address? Can orders be shipped outside the U.S.? All current products can be shipped to international addresses. Delivery time should take 5 - 12 business days to reach your country provided that there are no unforeseen delays in Customs. Orders are shipped via a traceable international carrier. Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tarriffs, taxes or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination. To determine shipping rates, simply begin the checkout process. Enter the zipcode & country it will indicate the shipping charges. How is sales tax calculated on orders? We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in New York State. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws. Shipments to New York include 8.375% tax computed before adding shipping and handling and express delivery charges. How can I buy something if I don't want to use a credit card online? How will I know that my order was accepted? Once you submit the order your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable.
